欢迎使用通过 Mac App Store 分发的 InkSoul（以下简称"本应用"）。下载、安装、使用本应用即视为您同意本《服务条款》。本应用由 MetaDestined（以下简称"我们"）开发与维护。
1. 服务说明
本应用是一款 macOS 写作工具，提供"落笔 / 润色 / 创作 / 钻探"四个写作场景，以及围绕"人格蒸馏"展开的辅助写作能力。AI 推理由您选择的大模型服务商提供。
2. 购买与配额
- 尝鲜版（免费）：每个 Apple ID 每日 3 次 AI 调用，使用墨心后端托管 key，便于您先评估再付费。
- 买断版（$49.99 一次性）：通过 Apple App Store In-App Purchase（IAP）一次性购买。解除每日配额限制，可继续使用托管 key，亦可在设置中切换为 BYOK 模式。
所有购买、收据校验与退款均由 Apple 处理，遵循 Apple App Store 的标准退款政策。

3. BYOK 模式与 token 费用
若您启用 BYOK（Bring Your Own Key）模式，您本人提供的 API Key 调用产生的 token 费用，直接由您与该大模型服务商结算。墨心不抽成、不代付、不退还。
4. 用户内容与责任
您在本应用中创作的所有内容由您本人享有完整著作权。墨心不对您的内容主张任何权利。同时，您应对自己的内容负责：
- 不得使用本应用创作、生成违反所在司法管辖区法律法规的内容
- 大模型生成内容存在不可预测性，您应自行审查、判断、负责
- 本应用为辅助写作工具，不构成医疗、法律、金融等专业建议
5. 知识产权
本应用的代码、UI 设计、内置人格档案（论证链与写作律令归纳）、提示词工程、InkSoul / 墨心商标等，由 MetaDestined 享有完整知识产权。未经书面许可，不得反编译、二次开发、商业再分发。
6. 服务可用性
本应用核心功能在您本机离线运行。AI 推理依赖第三方大模型服务商的可用性。我们不对以下情况承担责任：
- 第三方大模型服务商的中断、限流、价格变化、内容审核策略变化
- 因您的网络问题、设备问题、系统升级导致的不可用
- 因不可抗力导致的不可用
7. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。在任何情况下，我们对您的赔偿责任合计不超过您通过 App Store 实际支付的金额。
8. 条款变更
当本条款发生实质性变更时，我们会在本页面更新顶部"最后更新"日期，并在下一版本应用启动时弹出提示。

Welcome to the Mac App Store edition of InkSoul (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is developed by MetaDestined ("we").
1. The Service
The App is a macOS writing tool offering four writing surfaces — Compose, Polish, Extend, Deep-Read — together with persona-distillation features. LLM inference is provided by the model provider you select.
2. Purchase & Quota
- Free Tier: 3 AI calls per Apple ID per day, using an InkSoul-hosted shared key for evaluation.
- One-time Purchase ($49.99): processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase (IAP). Removes the daily quota. You may continue with the hosted key or switch to BYOK in Settings.
All purchases, receipt validation, and refunds are handled by Apple under the standard App Store refund policy.

3. BYOK and Token Cost
If you enable BYOK mode, token costs incurred via the API key you provide are settled directly between you and the model provider. InkSoul takes no cut, does not prepay, and does not refund such costs.
4. Your Content & Responsibility
You retain full copyright over the content you create in the App. We claim no rights to your content. You are responsible for your content:
- You must not use the App to create or generate content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
- LLM output may be unpredictable; you must review and take responsibility for it.
- The App is a writing aid and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's source code, UI design, built-in persona profiles, prompt engineering, and the InkSoul name and marks are owned by MetaDestined. Decompilation, derivative redistribution, or commercial repackaging without written consent is prohibited.
6. Service Availability
Core features run locally on your Mac. AI inference depends on third-party model providers. We are not liable for outages, rate limits, pricing changes, or moderation changes by third-party providers; for issues caused by your network or device; or for force-majeure events.
7. Disclaimer & Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the App Store.
8. Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when material changes occur, and display an in-app notice on the next launch.
